Our projects are managed through customizing a special organizational structure for each project, which includes specialized competencies and expertise in project management, working on applying global systems of project management to ensure the minimizing of risks, capitalizing on investment opportunities for each project according to the best practices, with a local vision to generate real estate products, within the minimum time, that are cost-conscious and high quality, contributing to the development of the region and society in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

CURRENT PROJECTS

East West Pipeline Residential Compounds

The project scope includes demolition of Existing Compounds and the development, engineering, construction, financing, ownership, maintenance of the Compounds along with providing facilities management services (the “Project”).
The compounds Occupy a site area of ~ 769,568 sq. meters and will be located about three (3) km away from the corridor risk zone of the East West Pipeline.
Six residential complex include residential buildings, indoor and outdoor, recreational support facilities, parking areas, etc.
Is special purpose vehicle providing a range of real estate solutions and project investments.

Haradh

The Haradh New Units will occupy a site area of approximately 150,000 square meters located in Haradh area in the Eastern Province of The Kingdom and the main function will be residential, with the Common Facilities, which will be shared with the Haradh Existing Units;

Abu Ali Island

Abu Ali Island located in the Eastern Province north of Al Jubail industrial city.
Abu Ali Serviced Residential Compound is being procured on a build, own, maintain , repair and transfer basis. The development, construction, maintenance, repair and transfer obligations are set forth in the relevant Lease Agreement.
Abu Ali Bachelor Camp consists of six (6) residential buildings

Wudayhi

The Wudayhi Residential Compound will occupy a site area of approximately 1,068,930 square meters including the industrial facilities located in the Eastern Province, approximately halfway between Riyadh and Qatar and the fringes of Rub-Al-Khair and the main function will be residential, with indoor and outdoor recreational support functions, along with electrical and non-electrical utilities.
